Salon service pricing checklist

Salon pricing should include stylist time, supplies, booking fees, rent or chair cost, laundry, no-show risk, and card processing. Owner time should still be priced as labor because it is the main capacity constraint.

Use expected appointments per month to allocate overhead per service. If a service takes longer than average, raise the labor cost before calculating the required price.

Next iteration candidate: add duration-based service pricing for cuts, color, lashes, nails, and bundled appointments.
